BTech - Mechatronics Engineering eligibility stands on essential requirements, which are as follows:

  • Pass in 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects, along with Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or any technical vocational subjects as optional
  • 45% marks in Physics, Mathematics, and one optional subject
  • Adequate proficiency in English is mandatory
