MSc Food Science and technology eligibility stands on essential requirements, which are as follows:

  • BSc in Food and Nutrition Sciences, Allied Sciences (such as Medical, Agriculture, BHMS, BAMS), Life Sciences (including Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology), Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics, Home Science, Public Health, or BHMCT. Additionally, candidates with a BE/BTech in Food Technology from a recognized university
  • At least 50% aggregate marks in their undergraduate degree, demonstrating a solid academic foundation necessary for advanced studies in this challenging field
  • Adequate proficiency in English is mandatory
